centrexIT Named to the Pax8 Hall of Fame at Beyond 2026

In Salt Lake City this week, a name came up on the screen at the Pax8 Beyond awards ceremony, and it was ours.

centrexIT has been named to the Pax8 Hall of Fame (U.S.), an honor announced at Pax8 Beyond 2026, the company’s flagship partner conference, held June 7 to 9 in Salt Lake City. The award recognizes a small group of Pax8’s top-performing North America partners over the past year.

We don’t usually write blog posts about ourselves. The team here tends to keep its head down and do the work: answer the call, fix the problem, pick up the phone the next time too. But this one is worth pausing on, because of what it actually represents.

What the award is

Pax8 is the global AI and cloud Marketplace that more than 47,000 IT partners and 800,000 small and mid-sized businesses rely on to discover, buy, and manage technology. Each year at its Beyond conference, Pax8 recognizes the strongest work in its ecosystem across two tracks: vendor awards for the technology companies that sell through the Marketplace, and partner awards for the IT service providers (firms like centrexIT) that use the Marketplace to serve their clients.

The Hall of Fame is a partner award. We’re a Pax8 partner, not a vendor. centrexIT is the team organizations hire to run and protect their technology, and Pax8 is the platform we use to do it well. The Hall of Fame is the North America partner honor, and for the United States this year, two partners across the entire region were named. centrexIT was one of them.

Why it matters to us

An award like this isn’t really about a platform or a marketplace. It’s a measure of how a team shows up, consistently, over time, for the businesses that depend on it.

centrexIT has been doing this since 2002. The approach hasn’t changed much: put people first, use technology to amplify what they can do, and make the experience feel like a phone call answered rather than a ticket lost in a queue. You Call. A thank-you that’s owed

The recognition is ours on a stage in Salt Lake City, but the credit is shared with every business that decided centrexIT was the team they wanted answering the phone.
